Cotton Bread Bag
Our calico cotton bread bags are the perfect solution to keep your bread fresh for longer. These bags allow your baked loaf to breathe, which helps maintain a nice crust and soft interior. You can even use them in the freezer instead of single-use plastic bags.
These bags are reusable and measure approximately 40cm x 35cm, making them ideal for storing a large sourdough loaf. The drawstring at the top ensures that no unwanted pests can access your food.
What is Calico?
Calico is a type of fabric made from unbleached cotton that is often not fully processed and may include husk parts. It has a heavy, plain-woven texture that is coarser than muslin, but less thick and coarse than canvas or denim.
Our fabric has been pre-washed using a natural detergent to remove any starches, soften the fabric.
We recommend you hand wash the bag in warm soapy water or machine wash, drip dry in the sun.
